What's your typical lead time for CNC parts?

15-25 days for most CNC orders, depending on complexity, material, and finish. Exact lead time is confirmed with your quote.

What tolerances can you hold?

±0.003mm on standard CNC work, down to ±0.001mm on ground features. Tolerances vary by material and geometry, and are confirmed against your drawing.

What materials do you machine?

Aluminum, steel, titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics including Delrin, Nylon, PEEK, ABS, PTFE, and PMMA/PC. Full list on our Materials & Finishes page.

Can you handle complex 5-axis geometry?

Yes. Our 5-axis machines cut complex, multi-sided geometry in a single setup, reducing the number of operations — and the error that comes with repeated 3-axis setups.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Yes. First article and final inspection are available on every order, with dimensional reports and material certs included.

Can I get an NDA before sending my drawing?

Yes. Ask for our NDA before you send anything and we'll get it signed first. We don't send one unprompted, so ask if you need it in place.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, and DXF cover most quotes. Send what you have and we'll flag anything that needs re-exporting.
