Nylon (SLS)

A strong, flexible powder-bed printed nylon suited to genuine functional and end-use parts.

Example: printed Nylon (SLS)

What is it?

A strong, flexible powder-bed printed nylon suited to genuine functional and end-use parts.

Key behavior

Near-equal strength in all directions (isotropic) — unlike FDM, SLS parts don't have a weak print-layer direction.

Why choose it

Functional, end-use parts needing consistent strength regardless of load direction.

Applications

Complex internal-geometry ducts, functional housings, brackets.

Printing notes

No support structures needed — the surrounding powder bed supports the part during printing, enabling complex geometry FDM can't easily produce.
