Heavy Texture (MT11030 Equivalent)

Deepest available texture, used where grip matters more than cosmetics, tool handles and grip surfaces.

What is Heavy Texture (MT11030 Equivalent)?

The deepest texture grade offered, used where actual grip matters more than cosmetics, such as tool handles and hand-held grip surfaces.

How it works

A coarse, deep texture pattern is etched into the silicone mold cavity, matched to the standard MT11030 mold-texture equivalent, before casting, transferring a pronounced, grippy surface onto the cast part.

Benefits

  • Adds functional, tactile grip, not just cosmetic texture
  • Hides parting lines and surface defects most effectively of the three texture grades

Applications

Tool handles, hand-held device grips, and any part where the user's hand needs traction against the surface.
