Common questions

If you don't see your question here, ask our team directly.

What's your minimum order quantity?

No MOQ. We quote single prototypes the same way we quote production runs, and scale with you from there.

How fast can I get a quote?

Send your drawing by email or WhatsApp and an engineer reviews it for manufacturability before pricing, not after.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, and DXF cover most quotes. Send what you have and we'll flag anything we need re-exported.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Yes. First article inspection is available on every order, with dimensional reports and traceability documentation shipped alongside the parts.

Can you handle both prototyping and production volume?

Yes. 200+ machines across 10,000 m² covers single prototypes through full production runs, without moving your project to a different supplier.

Can I get an NDA before sending my drawing?

Yes. Ask for our NDA before you send anything and we'll get it signed first. We don't send one unprompted, so ask if you need it in place.

Who exactly will I be working with?

Our engineering team. They review your drawing, price it, and stay on your order through production and shipping, so you're not routed to a different contact at each stage.

What happens if a part doesn't match the drawing?

Every order gets first article and final inspection against your print before it ships, with dimensional reports included so discrepancies get caught here, not after delivery. If something on a shipped part doesn't match your drawing, tell our team directly and they'll go through the inspection data with you.

What certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 13485 (medical devices), and ISO 14001 (environmental). Full detail on the Quality & Certifications page.

What materials and finishes do you offer?

40+ certified materials and 5 finishing processes. See the full Materials & Finishes reference.
