Home / How It Works

From drawing to shipped part

The same team stays with your part from quote to delivery, whether it's one prototype or a production run.

How it works

Four steps, one point of contact

No account, no instant-quote form guessing at your part from a file size.

1

Send your drawing

Email or WhatsApp your CAD file (STEP, IGES, SLDPRT or DXF), material, quantity, and deadline.

2

Manufacturability review

An engineer checks tolerance stack-up, wall thickness, and tooling access, and flags anything that won't machine as drawn.

3

Engineer-reviewed quote

Your price is based on the part as drawn, with any suggested changes noted separately.

4

Build, inspect, ship

First article and final inspection against your print. Dimensional reports and traceability documentation ship with every order.

Manufacturing lifecycle

From first prototype to full production

We manage quality and capacity so you get parts you can count on at every stage.

Rapid prototype part

Rapid Prototyping

Verify your design fast, with a manufacturability review before you commit to tooling.

  • No minimum order quantity
  • DFM feedback included with every quote
  • Multiple materials per prototype run
CNC machining in progress

CNC Machining

3, 4 and 5-axis milling and turning in metals and plastics, from single parts to production volumes.

  • Tolerances to ±0.003mm
  • Surface finishing: anodizing, powder coating, bead blasting
  • First article inspection available
Injection molding tool and molded part

Injection Molding

Soft or production tooling to bridge from prototype to volume production.

  • Mold design and DFM review before cutting steel
  • Bridge tooling for market testing
  • Production tooling for volume runs
Production run staged for inspection and packing

Full Production

Scale into volume with the same team and quality process from day one.

  • Inspection reporting on every batch
  • Full traceability
  • Consistent quality across reorders

Not ready to commit to volume?

No MOQ means no MOQ. Order a single part or a small batch to check fit and finish before you scale up.
